The second branch of Nove is housed in a spectacula­r location within the historic Fringe Club, whose heritage aesthetic fuses nicely with the restaurant’s homage to Chiuchow and Cantonese cuisine. The menu is a collaborat­ive effort between chefs Wong Yiu-Por, Poon KwaiChung and Chan Hing-Kei; Fringe Club exclusives include dishes named for famed local artists, from jazz legend Eugene Pao to cinematogr­apher Christophe­r Doyle.
