With a custombuilt facility in-house, expect some cuts to be dry-aged for 30 days— however with good steakhouses being increasingly common in Hong Kong, it’s difficult for Sunset

Grill to stand out. Nonetheless, service is friendly and relaxed, and the relative expansiveness makes it worth considering for a meal outside the city.
