The classic combination of champagne, caviar and oysters is alive and well at Grand Hyatt's Champagne Bar. There are seven champagnes, all available by the glass and by the bottle, as well as champagnebased cocktails like the Royal Aperol and Champagne Spritz.
Not in the mood for bubbly? They also have a selection of signature cocktails that are a play on the classics, from Yuzu Stormy to Salted Caramel Old
Fashioned, and some mocktails too. It's a popular spot for live music but, without it, the playlist could use some improvement.
