Lobster Bar feels like a throwback, with nary a sign of millennial pink or made-for-Instagram gimmicks. Instead, expect lacquered wood and leather seating, blue patterned wallpaper and stained glass, plus a terrace. The bar nails classics like a whisky sour and introduces distinctive specialities; the Rosario combines Cocchi Rosa, peach, almond and rose to a bittersweet effect. Calvados, horchata and umeshu also turn up in cocktails. Meanwhile, the wine list is far reaching, from Douro Valley to Ningxia.
