PAPER MOON
Located at the new dining wing at Harbour City, this celebrated concept from Milan recently took over a gorgeous space set alongside the panoramic view of Victoria Harbour. Wrapping around the end corner of the dining section of the arcade, Paper Moon's interior is embellished with vintage film stills, displayed across from spacious banquette seating along the length of the restaurant. As a casual midrange Italian restaurant in a hightraffic arcade, Paper Moon's menu showcases thin-crust pizza as well as homemade pastas and meatier mains for sharing. The numerous pizzas on offer are freshly made with crisp crust and a generous toppings, but here it's the pastas that reign supreme. Homemade pappardelle Paper Moon showcases a smoky pancetta sauce, while spaghetti with clams are refreshing with fresh shellfish and a touch of white wine and citrus zing. The wine list comprises of more than 90% Italian regional labels, and the service team is friendly and enthusiastic in offering help, with occasional hiccup and better understanding of menu preferred. Paper Moon is an ideal spot for early evening gathering light bites and drinks at the terrace, overlooking the sun setting and the city coming to life when night falls.
