WING LEI PALACE

-

This opulent restaurant presents a secret garden theme, where roses, hydrangeas and orchids embellish the dining room, rendered in shades of gold and emerald green. The high ceiling introduces auspicious clouds and gold coin patterns, contributing an overall look of grandeur that is surprisingly rather easy on the eye. Similar to its sister restaurant on the Macau side, Wing Lei Palace has a front row view of the musical fountain performance throughout the evening. A table by the window is an excellent spot for such unique entertainment alongside the rich selection of menu offerings. Serving Cantonese cuisine with top-notch ingredients, some highly seasonal and imported from around the world, Wing Lei Palace’s starters and Chinese barbecued meats are winners. Vegetarian and vegan options are available at the luxury dining destination, and they are executed in the same level as their meaty counterparts. The wine selection may be good, but it’s the premium tea service that is worth exploring with help from the tea sommelier.
