Lynn is a former editor of T.Dining Best

Restaurant­s, and now is the director of her family’s private museum in Sheung Wan. Although her current role requires much less dining out than her previous one,

she still enjoys giving her opinion on all things

food-related.

Cathy Feliciano-Chon

Cathy is the founder and managing

director of CatchOn, a brand communicat­ions and PR consultanc­y,

specialisi­ng in hospitalit­y. In addition to working with some of leading hotel

brands, CatchOn represents The World’s 50 Best Restaurant­s Awards, Asia’s 50 Best Restaurant­s Awards

and Madrid Fusion Manila. CatchOn produces the annual Future of Food report, a globally recognised

trend forecast.

Esther Wong

Esther is the former assistant

editor of T.Dining Best Restaurant­s. She lives to travel and discover different flavours from around the world. When not sampling some of Hong Kong’s newest dining destinatio­ns, she is often found enjoying a good

tipple or three.

Juliana Loh

Juliana is a freelance food and travel writer based in Hong Kong. Prior, she was based in Macau for four years. She contribute­s regularly to the South China Morning Post, Travel + Leisure, Saveur, and Lonely Planet. She is also adjunct lecturer at IFT—Macau’s hospitalit­y school. As a true glutton, annual food-focused road trips across Europe with her chef husband are a ritual.

Rachel Read

Rachel is a freelance writer and editor with over a decade’s experience contributi­ng to both local and internatio­nal publicatio­ns, including Conde Nast Traveller Middle East, BBC Nottingham, Hong Kong Tatler and her past life as Editor of Sassy Hong Kong. She also blogs at @rachttlg—giving her a convenient excuse to try as many desserts around town as possible, all under the guise of research.

Chris Dwyer

Chris is a Hong Kong-based freelance luxury travel and food writer, working across some of the world’s most respected media platforms including CNN.com, BBC Travel, South China Morning Post and The Robb Report, in addition to in-flight magazines, luxury lifestyle titles and many more. He has visited more than 80 countries for work and pleasure.

Kee Foong

Formerly the editor of LUXE City Guides and Cathay Pacific’s Discovery magazine, Kee is a polyglutto­n who defies language barriers to eat his way around the globe, and sometimes writing about it. He has sought out food high and low from Hanoi to Havana, Chiang Mai to Cape Town, LA to London, Reykjavik to Rome and Seoul to Sydney.

Joanne Liu

With over a decade of experience in the food industry, Joanne worked as profession­al chef in New York City before transition­ing into food research and recipe testing, working with names including Jeffrey Steingarte­n of Vogue magazine and The Food Network. For the past six years in Hong Kong, she has been specialisi­ng in F&B communicat­ions and research having worked as the in-house PR Manager for Pierre Hermé Paris prior to joining CatchOn, where she worked with high-profile chefs and restaurant­s in Asia.

Janice Leung Hayes

Janice began a career in eating (and writing) in a Melbourne community magazine. She has since eaten and written for major local and internatio­nal publicatio­ns including New York Times, Gourmet Traveller Australia and Eater, founded two Hong Kong’s farmers markets, and started video project Capsule48.

Johannes Pong

Jet-setting travel and food writer Johannes Pong covered the city’s restaurant and party scene as HK Magazine’s former Dining and Nightlife Editor. A regular contributo­r to publicatio­ns such as Hong Kong Tatler and SCMP, Johannes is also a regular guest on travel shows featuring Hong Kong, including Travel Channel’s hit foodie show “Bizarre Foods”, where he took Andrew Zimmern out for turtle jelly and snake soup.

Susan Jung

Susan trained to be a pastry chef at the Hyatt Regency San Francisco, the Grand Hyatt New York and the Peninsula New York. She worked in Hong Kong as a pastry chef at several restaurant­s before taking the position of food and wine editor for the South China Morning Post. She is also the Academy Chair for the Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan region of the World’s 50 Best Restaurant­s and Asia’s 50 Best Restaurant­s.

Rachel Duffell

Rachel is a freelance writer and editor of Ambrosia, the magazine of the Internatio­nal Culinary Institute. She is also the founder of #MiddleFeas­tern, a supper club that brings together food lovers to cook and share dishes inspired by the flavours and techniques of the Middle East. An avid traveller, she is always on a quest for her next great meal, whether from street food stall or fine dining restaurant.
