Order the Maryland crabcakes, one of the restaurant’s specialties featuring a generous helping of tender crabmeat, well seasoned with salt and pepper, a good breadcrumb to crabmeat ratio, and enhanced with remoulade sauce. There is an extensive selection of cuts and varities: organic, free range, USDA prime black angus and wagyu. Even better, steak can be served with add-ons like foie gras, black truffle (when in season), blue cheese, or roasted bone marrow with parsley and parmesan crust.
