For steak lovers, the Grand Hyatt Steakhouse is an institutio­n. With its dark interiors, cosy nooks and plenty of leather furnishing­s, it makes dining a private but relaxed experience—great for date nights, but also for a night out with friends. Order the Maryland crabcakes, one of the restaurant’s specialtie­s featuring a generous helping of tender crabmeat, well seasoned with salt and pepper, a good breadcrumb to crabmeat ratio, and enhanced with remoulade sauce. There is an extensive selection of cuts and varities: organic, free range, USDA prime black angus and wagyu. Even better, steak can be served with add-ons like foie gras, black truffle (when in season), blue cheese, or roasted bone marrow with parsley and parmesan crust. But no matter what you choose for your main and add-ons, don’t leave without ordering sides, the best of which has to be the thinly sliced and crisp truffled French fries sprinkled with parmesan cheese, and creamy potato gratin with
