Aside from the finest courses prepared with dried or live seafood, barbecue specialties with the likes of tea-smoked chicken, barbecued black Iberian pork with honey, and grilled goose liver with chicken fillet are show-stoppers. Braised casseroles and stir-fries show the mastery in precise control of time and heat. While the wine list is impressive, artisanal tea selection is one of the best in Macau, prepared by knowledgeable staff.
