Passing through a spacious foyer reveals a large main dining area, a square space with high ceiling and ivorytoned interiors, exuding opulent and understate­d luxury with its gold accents and warm lighting. Start with salads or sumptuous starters such as the Maryland crabcakes and roasted bone marrow; these are best followed by a wide range of beef cuts from around the world, aged to its optimum maturity and served grilled with a charred exterior while the interior stays succulent and tender. The Rubia Gallega New York Strip is one of the rarer cuts of beef served at SW Steakhouse. Save room for side dishes such as buttery mash and mac and cheese, as well as funnel cakes or chocolate molten cake for desserts. The wine list is impressive, especially an impeccable range of red wines best matching the meat offerings. Service is on point and staff are keen and attentive with sound knowledge on the restaurant’s offerings.
