Drinks feature pronounced flavours like the bitter grapefruit essence in the Crystal 10, an elegant aperitif-type of for those who enjoy gin tonics, and the Dark and Stormy Intense with an extra kick of ginger infusion. For those feeling a bit more adventurous, be sure to try the signature Early Grey Caviar Martini. Spotted at various tables, a MarieAntoinette pompadour of earl grey air tops the martini filled with spherified pearls of the tea. It may not be everyone’s cup of “tea”, but it gets credit for its showy creativity. A selection of meaty bar bites will encourage a long stay.
