Brightness is the calling card of this latest edition (first release: 2012), comprising Cinsault, Grenache, Syrah and Rolle, some of the most important components in the AOP Côtes de Provence.

The Syrah is vinified using saignee for deeper flavour, while the other grapes are carefully stemmed and pressed. Like its famous owners Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie, this wine exudes a crisp air of confidence, from its white floral aroma to a saline and mineral complexity underlying the fresh strawberry-vanilla palate.
