78 DEGREE SUNSET GIN

A little easier on juniper is the Adelaide Hills Distillery’s 78 Degree Sunset Gin. The name might be a mouthful, but the gin is not. Light and floral, the blush gin is blended with Australian botanicals – strawberry gum, bush apple, rosella – in a vapour basket placed above the column distillation chambers. The result is a bright candy-floss pink gin, expressing herbaceousness, red berries, pine, floral notes. A great addition to cocktails. 700ml, 42% ABV.
