MIRABEAU ROSE GIN

Provence evokes romantic soirées and Mirabeau gin (its domeshaped ribbed bottle is a pretty accompaniment). Designed by Stephen and Jeany, the husbandand-wife team behind Mirabeau rosé wines, this is a classic dry gin flavoured with seven core botanicals including cade juniper, a Mediterranean variety and garrigue flavours captured by locally sourced bay, rosemary, and thyme. Other select aromatics are added through a vapour basket including lemon zest, rose petals, jasmine tea leaves and lavender churning out a layered aromatic affair with citrus, herbaceous and floral notes and of course, a seductive all-natural Provençal pink colour. 700ml, 43% ABV. $98, The First Pour
