A beautifully complex wine that presents as a shimmering pale gold in the glass. On the nose, hints of gunflint and incredible youthfully aged notes. Toasty cashew with a fine mousse provides a full and rich mouthfeel that somehow also manages to feel weightless. A complex and compelling blanc de blancs. Gorgeous.
