The spring onions can be dried more quickly using the Miele DGC 7865 Combi Steam Oven on Combi mode at 50°C + 0% humidity + 3 hours. They also can be dried in a warming drawer overnight.

The beef can be cooled in iced water after cooking to stop cooking quickly. Pat dry before slicing.

If your slices are too thick, they can be flattened before serving.
