GINATO CLEMENTINO SPRITZ

50ml Ginato Clementino Gin 50ml Pasqua Romeo & Juliet Prosecco 20ml Cointreau

20ml East Imperial Soda Clementine slice or wedge, to garnish

Combine all ingredient­s in a large wine glass. Garnish with a clementine wedge or slice and serve.

THE BOTANIST PERFECT MARTINI

45ml The Botanist Gin

22.5ml Dolin Dry Vermouth (chilled from the fridge) 22.5ml Dolin Rouge Vermouth (chilled from the fridge) Lemon peel twist or lemon balm to garnish

Fill your favourite martini glass with ice and set aside. Fill a mixing glass with ⅔ ice, add all the ingredient­s and stir continuous­ly for at least 30 seconds. Empty the ice out of the Martini glass. Strain into your chilled glass. Garnish and serve.
