Chef Ian Harrison (Sugo) joins awardwinni­ng Tauranga pop-up Kitchen Takeover for its unique Christmas experience, Joyeux Noël. From 3 November to 17 December, Ian and chef Shane Yardley will create a Parisian-themed five-course dégustatio­n dinner every Thursday, Friday and Saturday night at a secret Tauranga location.
