Why not take a leaf out of celebrated chef Nick Honeyman’s book and tie the knot overseas? Nick, chef at Auckland’s Paris Butter, recently said ‘I do’ to Sina Henrie in Saint-léon-sur-vézère in the south of France, (pictured) where he also runs restaurant Le Petit Léon. Nothing like a medieval French hamlet to add a little je ne sais quoi to your big day. Or a Cuban sunset, or a Hawaiian beach, or a sun-soaked Santorini terrace.
