How to make herb butters
Herb butters couldn’t be easier to make. Just add a selection of herbs to softened butter, wrap the mixture in cling film and roll into a cylindrical shape. Place in the refrigerator to chill. Alternatively, you can freeze the butter and break off pieces as you need them. Slather your herb butter onto baked spuds, pasta, steak or steamed veges, or use it to saute seafood.
