Use dried lavender bundles to perfume drawers and cupboards

Dried lavender bundles make excellent gifts, or you can make lavender wands (see instructions, right) to freshen drawers and cupboards. Don’t place the wands directly on your linen when fresh, as the colour pigments from the green stems may bleed onto the fabric. Lavender wands last for several years, but if you find the scent fades, gently squeeze the wand to release more fragrance.
