Norwegian seafood distributor Snorre Food is bringing its seafood bounty to Singapore with the launch of Fisk. The 4,000sqft space on Stevens Road is divided into a bar, a 35-seat restaurant helmed by chef Markus Dybwad, which serves a seafoodinspired lunch and dinner menu, and a spacious retail market. Not only can you get live, chilled and fresh seafood, but also a wide selection of Nordic products, plus house-smoked salmon—a first in the city. snorrefood.com.sg
