Marilyn Lum

With a background in the hospitality and tourism industry, Marilyn Lum is always on the lookout for her next culinary adventure. She is also vice-president of the Singapore Island Country Club and is active with the club’s corporate social responsibility initiatives. Currently pursuing a doctorate in education, she is the co-founder of CRIB, a social enterprise that empowers women to become successful entrepreneurs through networking, business matching and incubation programmes. Lum is also part of the Intercontinental Hotel Groups’ (IHG) Lean In movement and serves as a mentor to employees under IHG.
