Colombian chef Fernando Arevalo was studying to be an engineer before the “calm in the kitchen chaos” led him to pursue a job in the F&B industry. He trained under influential chefs, including Daniel Boulud and Bill Telepan, before moving to Singapore to helm Bistecca Tuscan Steakhouse and later on, its sister outlet, Artemis. Here, he takes inspiration from seasonal ingredients and crafts them into Mediterranean-inspired dishes that are unique and delicious. $50-$100/PERSON 10+ 2 $50/BOTTLE
