Chef Chan Shun Wong has come a long way in the kitchen. Starting as a wok cook in his hometown of Hong Kong in 2002, he worked his way up to become the executive Chinese chef of Xin Cuisine. With a creative mindset backed by passion and skills, he presents contemporary renditions of Cantonese classics such as stir-fried wagyu beef cubes with black pepper and longans, and the deep-fried prawns coated with yuzu mayonnaise. $25-$60/PERSON 10+ 5 $30/BOTTLE
