The restaurant in the lobby of The St. Regis doesn’t disappoint in terms of the ambience—high ceilings, ornate furnishings and a great garden view. Service is dressed up and meticulous, but could be more proactive. The manager mentions that the menu has recently been revamped, so some of your favourites may not be on the menu. Food-wise, the kitchen dishes out the classics; the Australian Tajima wagyu is cooked to the requested doneness, which we appreciate, while the Bayonne charcuterie platter is a must-order if you’re craving for more meat.
