The cold capellini impresses with a healthy dollop of Alaskan crabmeat, truffle and ebi, and the al dente texture is wellcomplemented by the meat. The trio of soup is comforting, especially the flavourful chicken consommé and the rich lobster bisque. Mains-wise, the oven-baked chicken is tender with a crisp skin, while the kurobuta pork loin is enhanced by the tangy gravy. Order the crêpe Suzette with orange— it’s a sensory experience, as it’s prepared tableside. Theatrics aside, the crêpes are saccharine, but the Grand Marnier offers a nice balance.
