The restaurant’s city view is stunning, and the food by the talented chef Kirk Westaway is equally amazing. Every dish, from the appetiser to the dessert, impresses with fresh ingredients, great flavours and textures, and beautiful plating. Some of the standout dishes include the heirloom tomatoes, which is both a visual feast for the eyes and an umami surprise for the taste buds, as well as a crowd favourite: the soft organic hen’s egg, which features an egg poached at 55 degrees, dressed with savoury chorizo, artichoke and ham. Dessert is also a delight—the classic strawberries and cream is sweet and sour, light and fluffy.
