The roasted meats by roast chef Han are a key attraction, while the rest of the à la carte menu by executive Chinese chef Liu Ching Hai focuses on a repertoire of key Cantonese dishes, such as deep-fried frog legs with a touch of Chinese five-spice salt and wok-fried beef cubes in a rich black pepper sauce. Expensive seafood is done exceedingly well, too. For those with dietary restrictions, there are two full pages of vegetarian and gluten-free options—the latter an extremely rare offering in a Chinese restaurant and a reflection of the chef’s progressive culinary mind.
