Published since 1986, Singapore Tatler’s Best Restaurants has been offering an authoritative snapshot of the nation’s best dining experiences to a breed of discerning food lovers. It has assessed and reflected the exponential growth our lauded dining scene has enjoyed over the last three decades—celebrating stalwarts since the day they decided to change the way we feasted, one delicious dish at a time.
We continue to embrace the new, even as we say farewell to one of our brightest—we wish chef André Chiang of Restaurant André all the best as he heads back home (to Taiwan) in new pursuits of perfection.
And, still, we continue to bear witness to the rise of modern gastronomy through the continued success of pioneers such as Les Amis, Iggy’s and Wild Rocket, as well as a new crop of champions—the likes of Odette, Nouri and Candlenut—who are setting new benchmarks.
