Yuzu is a hidden gem in Holland Village helmed by veteran chef Takahashi Tadashi. The Tokyoborn chef studied in the prestigious cooking school Hattori Nutrition College before cutting his teeth at acclaimed restaurants in Japan and, later on, at Nobu in London.
