The iconic Mandarin chicken rice still features tender and juicy boneless chicken, fragrant rice and sauce blended to perfection. Another new, memorable icon is the lobster laksa, which features rice noodles in a fiery, flavourful laksa broth topped with generous chunks of dry-fried tofu, quail eggs and lobster. The coconut ice cream dessert ends the meal with a tropical flair: topped with walnuts, chocolate and rambutans stuffed with pineapple. Wine service is weak, but the staff make up for it with warm, competent and attentive table service.
