The angel hair pasta with Maine lobster features perfectly al dente pasta with chunks of fresh, succulent lobster and slivers of tomato, and garlic tossed in a delicious lobster bisque sauce. The paccheri pasta with tomato-braised wagyu beef ragout is a knockout dish, the hearty sauce dotted with fresh ricotta cheese.
