White Rabbit is housed in a restored 1930s Ebenezer chapel and serves modern European fare. It’s famous for its Rangers Valley wagyu carpaccio, heightened with shaved parmesan, celery cress, balsamic pearls and truffle cream. Worth ordering are the succulent 36-hour Brandt short ribs resplendent with carrot and cardamom purée, grilled broccolini and ruby port glaze. Smoothly delectable, too, is the wellrendered Dover sole meunière with pickled potatoes and mâche salad. Dessert ends the meal with a flourish, via the enticing crêpes Suzette with Grand Marnier.
