An elegant hillside home in Port St Johns

Dear Jonno,

I have a piece of land in Caguba in Port St Johns in the Eastern Cape and want to build a house on it.

My sketches and the cardboard model that I sent you represent what I have in mind. I need a structure that is roughly 30m x 12m in size. The one side needs to be elevated about 2m due to the slope of the site.

I would also like a veranda supported by pillars.

The water for the kitchen, toilet, shower and bath will be drawn from an elevated tank. Kind regards,
