Klein Karoo Dust 4 Glory Challenge on its way

The inaugural Klein Karoo Dust

4 Glory Challenge will take place on the Wilgewande­l premises which is situated 27 km from Oudtshoorn in the direction of the Cango Caves. This exciting event will also be the first obstacle course challenge in the Garden Route and Little Karoo region.

Its central location makes it easily accessible to all the major towns and cities situated within the Western

Cape. The two categories the athletes will be competing in consist of the Night trail Run that will start on Friday night, 29 November (5km en 10km), as well as the Obstacle Course Challenge that will start the following day (Saturday 30 November).

The Obstacle Course Challenge will be decided in the following categories;

1 km including 10 obstacles, 4-5km including 10 obstacles and 9-10km that includes 20 obstacles.

The event promise to be a weekend of fun and adventure for families, friends, corporate colleagues or scholars. Participan­ts can enter individual­ly or as part of a team.

Not only will each participan­t receive a medal for the Obstacle Course Challenge, but they will get discount to four major attraction­s on the Cango Caves road which includes the Cango Caves, Buffelsdri­ft Game Lodge, Cango Wildlife Ranch and Caves Caves Estate Zipline.

Medals will also be awarded in the

following categories:

10km Night trail run (Friday night 29th November)

1km Obstacle course challenge (Saturday 30th November)

5km Obstacle course challenge (Saturday 30th November)

10km Obstacle course challenge (Saturday 30th November)

All the participan­ts are also urged to bring one item of clothing that they are not using anymore.

These donations will be donated to an organisati­on that is yet to be confirmed. The Klein Karoo Dust 4 Glory also intends to keep continuing using the obstacle course in the future for team-building purposes that involves rugby, corporate & school groups.
