Serving suggestion

Slice and blanch asparagus spears and arrange on a platter with a slice of sweet melon, goat’s cheese rolled in pink peppercorns and fresh rocket. Drizzle with a squeeze of lime juice and extra virgin olive oil. Top with plenty of Parma ham, speck and Serrano ham.
