Serve with smears of hum­mus, crème fraîche, pa­prika-roasted chick­peas, flaked poached lemo­nand-pep­per trout, baby gem let­tuce, ar­ti­chokes, sliced baby cu­cum­bers, radishes and a squeeze of lime juice. Top with with pick­led red onion petals.
