Makes 1 cup EASY GREAT VALUE Prepa­ra­tion: 15 min­utes cel­ery leaves 2 packed cups roughly chopped gar­lic 2 cloves, crushed wal­nuts 60 g, roasted olive oil ¼ cup ma­ture Ched­dar 75 g, grated sea salt and freshly ground black pep­per, to taste

Blend or process the cel­ery leaves, gar­lic, nuts and oil to make a paste. Stir in the cheese and sea­son to taste, adding more oil if nec­es­sary.
