Makes 1 cup EASY GREAT VALUE Preparatio­n: 15 minutes celery leaves 2 packed cups roughly chopped garlic 2 cloves, crushed walnuts 60 g, roasted olive oil ¼ cup mature Cheddar 75 g, grated sea salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Blend or process the celery leaves, garlic, nuts and oil to make a paste. Stir in the cheese and season to taste, adding more oil if necessary.
