MAKE A SIMPLE CHEESE BOARD
Prepare a rustic (easily portable – if you’re taking it to someone else’s house) cheeseboard by lining a tin with brown paper and arranging a selection of cheeses inside with some homemade Parmesan-and-cranberry biscuits
(recipe on page 29) and brown sugar, orange and smoked salt pecans (recipe on page 30). Both recipes are also great as host’s gifts – so make extra batches.
