Make big-batch snacks (to give away as gifts)
These nuts are so moreish you’ll have to make extra batches. They’re great to snack on with drinks, to add to a cheeseboard, or to give away as a special home-made gift.
BROWN SUGAR, ORANGE AND SMOKED SALT PECANS

free-range egg white 1 pecans 300 g orange zest 2t white sugar 2T brown sugar 1T smoked sea salt flakes 1T
1 Preheat the oven to 160°C and line a large baking tray with greaseproof paper. 2 Whisk the egg white until foamy, then toss the pecans, orange zest, sugar and salt into the egg white, coating well.
