Wool­worths an­cient grain brown bread 4 slices smooth cot­tage cheese 4T an­chovies 30 g

Rosa toma­toes 100 g, halved

1 Us­ing a hand blender, blend the but­ter and pars­ley. Al­low to stand at room tem­per­a­ture un­til serv­ing. 2 Toast the bread, then top with cream cheese, an­chovies, toma­toes and pars­ley but­ter. CARB-CON­SCIOUS
