“Mix up a big batch of the granola, seed and nut mix for the week. Add milk, banana, peanut butter and honey and you’re good to go.”

Woolworths baked crunchy granola 350 g chia seeds 3T pumpkin seeds 3T coconut flakes 50 g raw almonds 50 g, toasted almond milk 2 cups (see recipe opposite) bananas 2, halved lengthways seasonal honey 4T peanut butter 4T
1 Combine the granola, chia seeds, pumpkin seeds, coconut flakes and almonds. 2 Serve with the almond milk, banana, honey and a spoonful of peanut butter. DAIRY-FREE, MEAT-FREE
