sugar snap peas, mangetout and asparagus (or any other greens) 200 g radishes 4, sliced baby cucumbers 4, sliced fresh ginger 1 t crushed rice wine vinegar 4T vermicelli noodles, cooked, for serving pickled ginger, for serving wasabi, for serving

Woolworths crispy onion sprinkle, for serving

1 Blanch the greens, then drain. 2 Toss the radishes and baby cucumbers with the ginger and rice wine vinegar. 3 Serve with the noodles, pickled ginger, wasabi and crispy onions.
