flour 125 g rolled oats 90 g bicarbonate of soda 1t salt 1t free-range egg 1 plain yoghurt 1¼ cups
1 Preheat the oven to 190°C and line a baking tray with baking paper.
2 Combine all the ingredients in a bowl, loosely shape into a ball and place on the tray. Score the top. 3 Bake for 45 minutes, or until a skewer comes out clean. FAT-CONSCIOUS, MEAT-FREE
