full-cream milk 2 cups instant coffee 2t white sugar 4t boiling water 2t
1 Heat the milk in a small saucepan over a medium heat. 2 Place the coffee, sugar and boiling water in a bowl. Using a hand-held whisk or electric mixer, whisk until it forms stiff peaks – it should be thick and creamy. 3 Divide the warm milk between two cups and top with 1 T whipped coffee.
