Kikkoman soya sauce 6–8 T sugar 3–4 T garlic 2–3 cloves ginger 1 garlic-clove size piece, peeled black pepper 1t sesame oil 1T green apple ½, cored and roughly chopped onion ¼, roughly chopped spring onions 2, roughly chopped
Blend all the ingredients in a food processor and freeze until ready to use. Use as a marinade for beef, tofu or mushrooms.
