STAINED-GLASS GAMMON

Woolworths ready-to-cook bone-out gammon 1 mustard, for serving
For the glaze:
Woolworths ginger preserve and syrup 100 g
Woolworths glacé cherries 100 g Woolworths melon preserve and syrup 100 g 1 Place the gammon in a large saucepan and cover with water. Simmer for 30 minutes per 500 g weight. Remove from the pan and place on a baking tray.
2 Preheat the grill and place the rack in the middle of the oven. Carefully cut the gammon’s rind in a diamond pattern or score.
3 Mix the glacé fruit and pour over the gammon. Grill until bubbling. Serve hot or cold with a variety of mustards. DAIRY-FREE
