CHOCOLATE COINS WITH PISTACHIOAND-ORANGE SALT

dark chocolate 200 g, melted pistachios 50 g, grated
For the orange salt, mix: orange zest 2t salt flakes ½t
1 Spoon the chocolate into discs onto greaseproof paper. 2 Sprinkle over the pistachios and orange salt and freeze until ready to serve.
