LEFTOVERS MAC AND CHEESE

butter 120 g flour 70 g milk 2 cups bay leaves 2 cream 2 cups ground nutmeg ½t mozzarella 200 g grated Cheddar 200 g, grated macaroni 450 g, cooked salt, to taste white pepper, to taste leftover turkey stuffing 200 g
1 Preheat the oven to 180°C. Melt the butter in a saucepan, then whisk in the flour and cook for 1 minute. Add the milk and bay leaves and whisk until thickened. 2 Add the cream, nutmeg and three-quarters of the cheese. Stir until the cheese has melted. Stir in the pasta and season. 3 Place the stuffing in the bottom of a large ovenproof dish. Spoon over the pasta and scatter with the remaining cheese. Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
